Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. The information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

By purchasing a Little Films DVD and submitting any footage and pictures in any form to Little Films, you agree that you maintain the copyright for the footage and pictures or any other materials submitted to Little Films.

Little Films is licensed by PRS to use and distribute music for the purposes of videography.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including, but not limited to, the written content, any images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and audio clips that are part of the DVD are subject to copyrights owned by Little Films.  Copying the DVD for any other purpose than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from, Little Films. Modification of the DVD or use of the DVD for any other purpose is a violation of Little Films’ copyright and other proprietary rights.

Little Films’ website does contain links to other outside sites or references to other products or services by trade name, trademark, hyperlink, or otherwise.  To the extent that the Little Films website contains links or references to outside sources and resources, Little Films does not control the materials of those outside services and resources and is not responsible for data collection and use practices on linked sites and Little Films does not endorse, recommend or favor those outside services and resources.  Any issue relating to such service or resource or any link thereto shall be directed to a particular service or resource.  Little Films will not share any information about you with any of these sites.

The DVD is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law.  Little Films disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Little Films does not warrant that the functions contained in the DVD will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server(s) that makes the website available for Little Films is free of viruses or other harmful components.  Little Films does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the DVD in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability other otherwise. 

You are responsible for all images you provide to Little Films.  You must have the right to copy and display all footage and images that you upload, share or print.  Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or make available through websites, magazines, books, or other sources, may be protected by copyright and should not be provided to Little Films.

Little Films does not control the content of a DVD and does not, in any event, have any obligation to monitor such contents for any purpose.  You acknowledge you are solely responsible for all content and images provided to Little Films.
